WTB Europe Shipping Policy

At WTB, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and timely shipping experience for all our European customers. Below you’ll find details about our shipping options, delivery times, and more.


SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES

We currently ship orders from our European warehouse to most countries within the EU and EEA.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via PPL/DHL. Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €75 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU.

Please note: We do not currently ship outside of Europe via wtb.eu. For international orders, please visit wtb.com.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 CET will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive it within a few minutes (and it's not in your spam/junk folder), please contact us to ensure your order was completed successfully.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the order is shipped.


LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Although we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, customs, or carrier issues). If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
