RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

WTB Europe – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below:


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.

  • Items should be returned in their original condition. Returning items in their original packaging is recommended to ensure safe transport, but it is not strictly required. However, customers may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from improper handling.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Industry Purchase Program orders are not eligible for return.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

After your return request is confirmed, please ship your package to the following address:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.

REFUNDS

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • You may then place a new order if desired.

  • Product exchanges are not available.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PARTIAL REFUNDS

  • Items purchased at full price or on discount are not eligible for price adjustments if the price is reduced later.

  • No partial refunds will be issued based on future promotions or price changes.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  • WTB is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
