Fit Right Program

Finding the right saddle is personal. The Fit Right Program was created to give riders the confidence to discover the best fit without the pressure of making the perfect choice on the first ride.

To participate, riders will purchase a saddle based on their individual Fit Right system results. If your initial saddle selection isn’t the ideal match, eligible customers may exchange the saddle for an alternative model within the Fit Right Program period. WTB will pay for return and replacement shipping.  

The Fit Right Program is a voluntary commercial exchange program offered in addition to, and not in place of, any statutory consumer rights.

Should you choose a saddle with a different retail value than your original selection:

• If the replacement saddle has a lower MSRP, we will issue a refund. Refunds are generally issued via PayPal unless otherwise required by applicable law
• If the replacement saddle has a higher MSRP, the difference in price will be collected prior to shipment
• If the replacement saddle is the same MSRP, no price adjustment applies

• Carbon Rail → Titanium Rail = refund of price difference 
• Steel Rail → Titanium Rail = customer pays the difference

To keep the program fair and available to all riders:

• Saddles must be returned within 90 days of delivery
• Saddles must show only the use reasonably necessary to evaluate saddle fit and comfort
• Saddles with crash damage, intentional modification, or wear inconsistent with normal fit evaluation are not eligible
• Available only to the original purchaser of a new saddle purchased directly from WTB or an authorized WTB dealer
• Original proof of purchase is required
• Any refund due under the Fit Right Program will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned saddle
• Applicable only to individual saddle purchases and not to purchases of multiple saddles in a single transaction
• To initiate an exchange and receive shipping instructions, the rider must complete the Fit Right saddle questionnaire
• Customers may request up to 3 exchanges per eligible saddle purchase* 

In the rare case that no available saddle provides a suitable fit, we will work with the rider to determine an appropriate final resolution, which may include a final exchange, refund, or another mutually agreed solution under the program guidelines and in accordance with applicable law. Once the maximum number exchanges have been reached, the Fit Right Program is considered fulfilled

Every rider is different. The Fit Right Program exists to make saddle selection more approachable, more personalized, and ultimately more successful — so riders can focus on the ride ahead

The Fit Right Program is available in countries where permitted by law

Nothing in this program limits or excludes any rights under applicable consumer protection, withdrawal, warranty, return, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under local law

* The exchange limit applies solely to the voluntary Fit Right Program and does not limit any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws
