Five-Time Taiwan National Champ Dan Chiang Chooses WTB TCS Tubeless Tires

MILL VALLEY, CALIFORNIA – March 16, 2017 – WTB is proud to announce the sponsorship of WTB athlete and five-time Taiwan National DH and XC Champion Dan Chiang will now include saddles, tires and grips for the 2017 season. While Dan’s first year of sponsorship consisted solely of WTB saddles, it only took a few rides for him to find increased confidence in the durability and reliability of TCS tubeless tires. WTB’s TCS Tough tires allow him to focus on the trail rather than his tires while racing the roughest enduro courses in the world.

Dan has received the nickname “Taiwan’s Most Famous…Dan” among the WTB family and it is incredibly well deserved as he is considered by many to be the most well rounded professional mountain bike racer to hail from Taiwan. Within the year spanning between 2015 and 2016, Dan claimed the title of Asia MTB continental championships DH champion while also earning the Asia MTB continental championships XCE silver medal. WTB looks forward to being a continued part of Dan’s racing career as he combines his hard-charging downhill talent and bottomless lungs to continually prove his skills at an international level. Some of his upcoming races include the Sea Otter Classic and The Dirty Sanchez (TDS) Enduro.
